Missing audio

If you're unable to hear any audio when playing SCUM, it might be due to your system's audio.

• Check your computer's audio settings and ensure you don't have audio muted,
• It might be that you have muted only SCUM, if the audio for your device isn't muted. To check this:
  1. Go to Volume (on your task bar)
  2. Right click to select Volume Mixer
  3. Look for the volume slider with the SCUM logo, and make sure this is turned up

Missing audio in certain situations 

If audio is only missing sometimes - such as missing music, sound effects etc - it might be that you have the relevant option turned turn or muted in the games settings. To resolve this:

1. Open the Settings menu
2. Head to the Sound setting
3. Ensure that no audio settings are turned down or muted unexpectedly 

Other players can't hear me on voice chat

It might be that you have the incorrect input device selected as your active microphone.

1. Open Windows Settings
2. Under System, head to the Input section
3. Ensure that the correct microphone is set as your active microphone
4. Relaunch SCUM
