If you've witnessed a cheating incident in SCUM, we want to know about it.
You can submit cheating reports to us via our Contact Us form at the top of our Support Centre by selecting the Report cheating option in the Issue type dropdown.
It's really important that you provide as much information as you can to aid in our investigation. As standard, we ask for the following information:
- The display name(s) of any individual(s) you suspect of cheating
- The server you were playing on when you witnessed any suspected cheating
- The time (roughly) you witnessed any cheating in UTC
- Details of the cheating you witnessed:
- What type of cheating did you experience?
- What were the individual or individuals doing?
- Where did the cheating take place in-game?
- Any screenshots, videos or support documentation to aid your report
After we receive a cheating report we will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action.
Whilst you won't be informed of the outcomes of any investigations, rest assured appropriate action will be taken.
