Delete your SCUM character

Fancy a fresh start? You can delete your single or multiplayer progress at any time.

Warning - Following these steps will delete all your progress made with the deleted character.

Delete your single-player character

You can delete your single-player character from the Main Menu.

1. Hit Single Play
2. Hit Load
3. You'll be shown a list of your current single-player characters. Find the character you want to delete
4. Hit the X next to the character you want to delete
5. Hit Yes on the confirmation pop-up

Delete your multi-player character

To delete your character on a multi-player server, you'll first need to locate the server your character is played on.

1. Hit Multi Play
2. From the server list, find the server you're looking to delete your character from
3. Select the server from the list and hit Connect
4. You'll be asked to confirm if you'd like to continue with your existing character or create a new one. Hit New Character
5. On the confirmation pop-up, hit Yes
6. Create your new character. Upon completion, you'll be loaded into the server with your new character and your old one will be deleted
